Karen Mok // Program Manager
Karen is a pianist, cellist and singer. After six years of music scholarship study in the UK, Karen decided to move back to Hong Kong to study Business Administration in the University of Hong Kong. She is currently working in the marketing department of an aviation engineering company. Combining her love for music and expertise in administration, Karen leads MfC's newest school trilogy program MUSIC CAN! and oversees production finances and operations.

Annie Liang // Founder & Producer
Annie studied classical piano recital at Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris in France during her gap year after university. Although not a professional musician, she founded MfC based on the belief that music is food to the soul and that every child deserves the chance to experience classical music in a meaningful way. Annie holds an associate diploma in piano recital from Trinity College London.

Anna Lo // Music Director
Anna is a professional composer, songwriter, arranger, pianist, singer and conductor based in Hong Kong. She was classically trained at MIT with a Music & Theatre Arts degree and further studied contemporary music at Berklee College of Music. Recent works include collaborating with musical theater and film composer Leon Ko on the musicals The Passage Beyond (2012) where Anna was the orchestrator and conductor, as well as The Woman in Kenzo (2013) where she was the keyboardist. Anna arranges, composes and conducts the music content of MfC productions.

Jon Lee // Creative Director
Jon is the owner of This Music Studio, a recording studio with state of the art equipment to bring musical perfection to the highest order without sacrificing any creativity. Jon is an avid music lover and drummer in the local Hong Kong band Operator. Jon oversees production processes and action plans, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of MfC by executing development plans to build MfC's operational model.

Keith Zou // Project Consultant
Keith is a classical pianist and musical enthusiast, having obtained his Piano: dipABRSM before heading to the UK for university education. Keith holds both an undergraduate and masters degree in Mathematical Finance and currently works in a international investment consulting firm in Hong Kong. On a pro bono basis, Keith co-ordinates collaborative efforts between MfC and various organisations who have committed time and resources to assist MfC in achieving its vision. He also draws from his project management experience at work to ensure that the quality and execution of MfC's performances is of the highest caliber.

Fritz Demopoulous // Founder of QUNAR.com and Queens Road Capital
Fritz approached us to create a classical music performance for his Young Presidents' Organization group. After working together on the production of DISRUPTION, Fritz decided to formally help Music for Community develop to a prominent non profit in Hong Kong.


Florence Hui // Undersecretary of Hong Kong Government Home Affairs
As an advocate for art and culture in Hong Kong, Ms Florence Hui attended Music for Community's flagship productions, Finding Alice and Sschh...Schubert!. Ms Hui has provided us valuable advice in our Board of Advisors meetings, introduced us to key educators, the Educational Bureau, and participated in our panel Democratizing Classical Music.

Alice Mong // Executive Director of Asia Society Hong Kong Center
As the leader of a prominent NGO focused on education, Alice has been very supportive to grassroot non profits like Music for Community. Music for Community has been in a long term partnership with Asia Society Hong Kong Center, staging multimedia productions many times at its historical site that was a former British military camp.

Laurent Perrin // Founder of RTHK Quartet
We met Laurent through working together on a production. Having been in the music industry of Hong Kong for 19 years, Laurent is passionate about making classical music accessible to the wider public. Music for Community will partner with the RTHK Quartet on future projects.
Jacqueline Leung // Pianist
Jacqueline is a world class pianist passionate in educating children about classical music. Music for Community has collaborated with Jacqueline on a musical comedy skit. Jacqueline has provided valuable advice to us and connected us to talented musicians in Hong Kong.
